The minimum input data required are maximum and minimum air temperature, relative humidity, sunshine duration and wind speed. The program runs under any version of Windows and can accept data in different forms, e.g. wet & dry bulb temperatures in place of relative humidity, sunshine duration in place of solar radiation.
